Veronica Armstrong is the founder of Anchor Growth Solutions and a Business Alignment Strategist with over 30 years of experience in operations, leadership, and strategic consulting. She helps small businesses and nonprofits streamline operations, align leadership, and build systems that support sustainable growth.
Her background spans corporate leadership, fractional executive roles, and consulting across industries including financial services, healthcare, interior design, arts and culture, and cannabis. Most recently, she served as Fractional COO for Lape Farms, a Scottsdale-based cannabis company, where she led operational strategy during a critical growth phase.
Through Anchor Growth Solutions, Veronica partners with founders, executives, and mid-level leaders to bridge the gap between vision and execution.
