Your Chapter Deserves Financial Clarity
On Demand
Whether your reports are consistently late or you're not tracking anything at all, the problem is the same: you're trying to manage chapter finances without the right infrastructure. QuickBooks isn't optional anymore. It's the difference between scrambling to answer "how much do we have?" and knowing your numbers instantly—every time.
Why Chapters That Use QuickBooks Run Differently
When you’re running on spreadsheets and bank statements, every financial question becomes a research project. How much did we spend on programs last quarter? Someone has to dig. What’s our actual bank balance after pending checks? Someone has to calculate. Can we afford this event? Someone has to guess.
QuickBooks eliminates the guesswork.
- Your bank feeds directly into the system.
- Expenses get categorized as they happen.
- Reports generate instantly—no manual building required.
- Questions that used to take days now take seconds.
More importantly: your chapter stops operating in the dark. You know where money is going. You can plan with confidence. Your Treasurer isn’t drowning. And when national asks for financials, you’re ready. Someone has to calculate. Can we afford this event? Someone has to guess.
This isn’t about being fancy. It’s about being functional. Every legitimate organization uses accounting software because manual tracking doesn’t scale. Your chapter deserves the same foundation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does implementation take?
From purchase to full setup, expect 2-3 weeks depending on your package level. Basic Starter can be completed in as little as one week. Standard and Premium packages require more time for customization and data migration. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during your initial consultation.
What do we need to provide/prepare before setup?
You’ll need access to your chapter’s bank account login (read-only access), 12 months of bank statements (for Standard and Premium packages), and a list of your regular expense categories. We’ll send you a detailed checklist after you choose your package.
Do we need to buy QuickBooks separately or is it included in the price?
QuickBooks Online is a separate monthly subscription paid directly to Intuit (approximately $30-65/month depending on the plan). However, when you sign up under my ProAdvisor account, you’ll receive a discount on your subscription. My packages cover the professional setup, customization, training, and support—plus I’ll help you get the best rate on your QBO subscription.
Can we upgrade to a different package later?
Absolutely. If you start with Basic and realize you need historical data imported or custom reports, we can upgrade you to Standard or Premium. You’ll pay the difference between packages.
What if our Treasurer changes mid-year?
Your QuickBooks system stays intact regardless of officer transitions. The new Treasurer can schedule a refresher training session with me for an additional fee, or access the training materials provided during initial setup. This is exactly why having a proper system matters—it survives leadership changes.
Do you provide ongoing bookkeeping or just setup?
These packages are for setup and training only. However, I do offer ongoing monthly bookkeeping services for chapters that want continuous support. We can discuss those options during your consultation if interested.
What if we have questions after the training period ends?
Basic and Standard packages include support during the setup and training period. Premium package includes 30 days of email support post-implementation. After that, you can purchase support hours as needed, or schedule a follow-up training session.
Can you work with our existing bank accounts and credit cards?
Yes. QuickBooks Online connects directly to most major banks and credit card providers for automatic transaction importing. If your bank doesn’t integrate directly, we’ll set up manual import processes during your training.

Why Work With Me?
I’ve Been in Your Treasurer’s Seat
I spent four years as Financial Secretary and Treasurer for my chapter. I know what it’s like when reports are due and the numbers don’t make sense. I know the panic of transition when the incoming Treasurer looks at you like “what am I supposed to do with this?” I know what it feels like to work twice as hard because the system was never built to work in the first place.
That’s why I do this work.
I Understand How Iota Operates
I’m not just a bookkeeper who happens to work with sororities. I’m a Soror. For two years I serveD as Treasurer for my D9 chapter, and I’m currently the trusted bookkeeper for both Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. and the Lola Mercedes Parker Foundation. I understand our structure, our reporting requirements, and how chapters actually function—because I live it every day.
I Have the Credentials to Back It Up
Beyond my sorority service, I hold an MBA, I’m a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Intuit Bookkeeper, and I bring 30+ years of executive operations experience across multiple industries. I’ve built financial systems for organizations far larger and more complex than chapters, but I’ve customized this work specifically for us.
When you work with me, you’re not getting a generic bookkeeper. You’re getting a Soror who has sat where you’re sitting, who knows what National expects, and who has the professional expertise to build you a system that actually works.
